Bill Jackson, Dewey Smith and two other partners founded Couriers of San Antonio.

Bill Jackson, Dewey Smith and two other partners decided to start a courier company dedicated to quality service and fair treatment of its people. They organized a corporation and began operations Feb. 1, 1989.
August 1989

Nadine Langston is hired as commissioned salesperson.

Mrs. Langston had several years experience working at various levels with several local delivery companies, and her expertise was soon paying off in increased sales and gross revenues.
December 1989

COSA triples its volume in terms of gross sales per month.
